There isn't one. It's capped at 5 users so small teams and early evaluators can use the product without a sales call. When you outgrow it, talk to us.
Yes. A trial with seed data can be running same-day. If you want it wired to your real data first, that takes a few days on our side.
Security & access
What IT and security ask
It's a managed cloud service. We run it on hardened US infrastructure with encrypted storage, automated backups, and tenant-isolated data. There is nothing for your team to provision, patch, or scale.
Every permission is defined in a configurable role matrix. You can tailor what each role can see and do without touching code. The ADMIN role is reconciled by seed so you can never lock yourself out.
Yes. Every record is scoped to a tenant at the database level, and every query filters by tenant. There is no 'platform admin' backdoor in the UI except via explicit impersonation, which is audit-logged.
Records can be tagged with a sensitivity level. Roles that don't have the matching sensitivity permission don't see the record in lists, searches, metrics, or exports.
Every tenant has an append-only audit log capturing logins, permission changes, record changes, and other tracked events, with configurable retention and filterable CSV export from Settings. Per-record access grants and platform-level actions (impersonation, tenant management) are also written to dedicated audit tables.
No. We're a small early-stage company and haven't pursued those certifications yet. If that's a hard requirement for you, tell us and we'll be straight about whether we can meet your timeline.
Yes. Accounts can enable two-factor authentication using a TOTP authenticator app, with recovery codes for backup. Sessions also use refresh-token rotation with reuse detection, and password history is enforced to prevent reuse.
Yes. Documents are versioned automatically, move through a draft → review → final status workflow, and can be tagged by sensitivity — all stored against the record they belong to rather than on a shared drive.

Starter is free up to 5 users. Team and Enterprise are quoted based on team size. We publish the structure on the Product page; we just don't publish per-seat numbers while we're still tuning pricing with our first customers.
Either. Annual gets a discount and a handshake about the roadmap. Monthly is fine if you want to stay flexible.
Yes. Export your data on the way out; we won't hold it hostage.

البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل وفي حالة السكون، ومعزولة لكل مستأجر، وتحكمها مصفوفة تحكم في الوصول قائمة على الأدوار (RBAC) قابلة للتخصيص مع ضوابط حساسية لكل سجل، وتسجيل دخول موحّد، ومصادقة ثنائية، وسجل تدقيق للمستأجر. ولنكون صريحين بشأن الحدود: لسنا حاصلين على تفويض FedRAMP أو شهادة CMMC اليوم، لذا فإن منصة Prospera Client Solutions ليست مكانًا لتخزين المعلومات الخاضعة للرقابة غير المصنّفة (CUI) أو معلومات الدفاع الخاضعة للرقابة (CDI) أو المواد المصنّفة.
